The Opportunity:


Our client operates a prestigious wellness clinic offering patients individualized health care using the latest science and preventive medicine. At the forefront of health and wellness, the clinic is considered state-of-the-art and offers a high-touch, proactive care model.


The Role:


This role is perfect if you have a background in PR, influencer marketing, sales support or event planning, and have a natural ability to build strong partner relations. In this hands-on business development and activation role, you will support corporate outreach, referral development, influencer partnerships, and event execution. The successful candidate will work directly with the clinic's leadership team to expand reach across:


  • Corporate HR departments
  • Gynecologists and medical referral networks
  • Gym and fitness partnerships
  • Influencer collaborations
  • Speaking engagements
  • Other corporate B2B opportunities


Corporate & Referral Outreach

  • Develop and execute outreach to targeted referral networks and corporate leads
  • Reach out to HR departments to secure Lunch & Learns and keynote speaking opportunities
  • Prepare referral packages and presentations
  • Follow up consistently via email, phone, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
  • Track outreach efforts and maintain follow-up systems


Influencer & Partnership Activation

  • Identify aligned influencers (fitness, runners, womens health, longevity)
  • Coordinate clinic visits for lab testing and wearable integration
  • Manage communication and support posting timelines
  • Support to track participation and outcomes


Event Support

  • Assist in planning and executing clinic and corporate events
  • Coordinate materials and logistics with executive and leadership guidance
  • Support setup and teardown
  • Track post-event follow-up


Speaker Outreach

  • Identify speaking opportunities
  • Send proposals developed with clinical leadership
  • Follow up and track responses
  • Coordinate logistics for booked engagements


What you Bring:

  • 2–4 years experience in PR agency, events, marketing, or sales support
  • Used to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Comfortable with direct outreach and cold contact
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Organized and proactive
  • Experience working with a founder is a strong asset


Additional Details:

  • 4 days per week in-office or in-field, 1 flexible remote day (post onboarding)
  • Occasional evening event support required
