The Opportunity:


MINTINK is a rapidly scaling retail and eCommerce business in the collectibles space, building a strong and expanding presence across Canada. The company is in a period of accelerated growth, expanding its footprint, building out infrastructure, and strengthening its operational foundation for long-term success.


The Role: 


This role ensures financial accuracy, maintains strong financial controls, and supports leadership in making informed operational and strategic decisions. The Director of Finance oversees accounting processes, reporting, and financial analysis while supporting company growth and operational planning.


  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Monitor company financial performance and key financial metrics
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to support inventory purchasing and operational needs
  • Provide financial analysis across retail, eCommerce, and live-selling operations
  • Support executive leadership with financial reporting and insights
  • Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards
  • Oversee payroll processes and vendor payments
  • Improve financial reporting processes and operational efficiency


What you Bring:


  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • CPA designation preferred
  • 5+ years of finance/accounting experience and leadership
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or inventory-based businesses preferred
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting capability
  • High attention to detail and financial accuracy
  • Ability to translate financial data into business insights
  • Comfortable supporting leadership decision-making with financial analysis

  • Full-time on-site role at HQ in Vaughn, Ontario
  • Schedule flexibility may be required in peak operational periods
